TWG is committed to making the most appropriate and responsible use of our resources in producing and delivering products to our customers, now and in the future. Environmental sustainability at TWG means conducting our business in a manner that takes responsibility for our impact on our environment. Our organization will conserve energy and dispose of waste responsibly while reducing the carbon footprint our activities may generate. We will abide by all relevant laws and regulations, and seek continued improvement in this area. Conducting our business in this manner, aligns our long-term success with that of our world, while creating enduring benefits for our clients, employees, and the communities where we live and work.

TWG has taken several steps to becoming a more sustainable company and will continue to review and monitor our progress and make improvements along the way.

Marketing materials and other information will be issued electronically wherever possible.

• If paper is required, renewable sources will be used, including the use of recycled paper where possible.
• Manufacturing equipment is to be monitored and maintained to ensure it is used safely and efficiently to minimize risk and energy waste.
• Renewable energy sources will be used where and when feasible.
• Packaging of finished products shall be continually under review to be reduced and, where possible, reuse able or recyclable.
• Efficient logistics will be used wherever possible when arranging the delivery of finished product to our customers.
• Employees will be encouraged to hold video conference meetings to reduce travel.
